Announcing Runecast Analyzer 1.7.5

Introducing VMware vSphere 6.7 Support

Today we are excited to share that Runecast is announcing Runecast Analyzer 1.7.5, a patented proactive VMware vSphere management solution. The release brings full support of the automated knowledge base and best practice checks for the recently released vSphere 6.7.

How to Add vCenter 6.7 to Runecast Analyzer?

After deploying version 1.7.5, click Settings. In the appeared vCenter Connection tab, click Add vCenter and enter vCenter FQDN or IP address. You need to have at least read-only privileges to be able to add a vCenter.

After the vCenter is added to your environment, it’s time to scan it for problems. In the Runecast Analyzer menu bar, click Analyze Now and select the vCenter you want to scan.

After the scan is executed, navigate to Dashboard to drill down issues.

The new update is now available for download and update to all users with an active subscription through our customer portal. The upgrade can be carried out manually or automatically if Runecast Analyzer is set up for "scheduled updates". As always, the latest version is available for a free 14-day trial.
